The Dowling Street team gave us a new process to work with that made us more efficient and effective. Watching our team breakthrough toward broader thinking was huge. They can now see that some of our most persistent challenges take more thoughtfulness to resolve and may require new information or tools. It was a huge win that our team understood that every problem cannot be solved the same way.
Our team also walked away with a deep understanding of how to truly solve problems with more autonomy. This was a very big deal when it comes to growth for our company. Many of our mid-level leadership team members were used to a particular process to execute work and make decisions. Many members of our leadership team still talk about it and use the tools we learned to foster innovation and growth.
