Kristen Illes |
Kristen designs change processes that are inclusive and support individual, team and organizational growth. Her ability to partner with clients allows them discover what is at the heart of their challenges in order to make progress on what is critical to their success.
Drawing from her experience with leadership, management and organizational development, Kristen is passionate about client’s attaining their goals and desired impact.
Kristen studied at Marist College where she earned her undergraduate and graduate degree in Psychology. She is a certified partner with Predictive Index and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
